    Re: Gratitude, donation and Kudos

    Dear Charles:

WOW! This is my first full week of wearing my Insulin Pump. I anticipated it would make me feel better, but I didn't expect such instant results. I feel better, am more alert and enjoy life so much more than I have in a long time. I ham having to pace myself because I lack the physical stamina to do all the things that interest me now. It felt like Christmas when the Doctor placed the boxes containing the pump and supplies in my hands on July 12, 2003. It was actually started on the 29th of July, after I had became familiar with it and its working mechanism. It is truly a miraculous piece of equipment. I am so grateful.

Things are looking up for me now. I know my physical condition is going to improve with the pump and though it is not a cure, my daily living is going to greatly improve. I will have the energy to perhaps get out more and enjoy life. I know I am going to continue to gain strength and establish a halfway normal routine and daily life. I am even anticipating being able to drive again.

Your association has made such a difference in my life with this pump. There aren't enough words to convey my gratitude. Thank you so much. I hope the contributions my family and friends have sent will enable you to make as much difference in someone else's life.

I am enclosing yet another donation check, made in my name. May God bless you and enable you to keep up the good work you are doing. If there is anything I can ever do to aid your organization in any way, don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart.

    Sincerely,

    John
