Thank you very much Charles for helping me obtain a Minimed 508 pump! I have been a Type I diabetic for 37 years and insulin pump therapy has made the control of my diabetes much easier and flexible and it is people like you who make a true difference in helping diabetics afford an insulin pump which greatly surpasses taking 4 insulin shots a day! As a result of going on a pump, my A1C's are between 6.5 and 6.8 and I have never felt better. As a result, I don't expect any long term complications and your assistance has helped to make that possible. Please keep up the good work and I will recommend other diabetics to your organization for assistance when they need it.
