You must contact our office before making in-kind donations. All unsolcited donations will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

2. Explain the condition of your pump. Good, Very Good, Excellent
3. Enclose a letter explaining you are donating your pump to The Charles Ray III Diabetes Association, Inc. (Letter only applies to donation of your pump)
4. You will receive a typed tax-deductible receipt on our company letterhead and a Charles Ray III Diabetes Association, Inc. T-shirt (while they last) Indicate Size: L, 2X, 3X, 4X

* Regarding insulin pumps and supplies, The Charles Ray III Diabetes Association, Inc. is only accepting unexpired paradigm insulin pump supplies. Please check the expiration dates! We are also only accepting Paradigm Insulin Pumps. Please contact our office at 919.303.6949 and speak to one of our customer service representatives to make arrangements to donate your supplies.
